Abstract: 

These days based on the feature and variety of cultural and EDUCATIVE organizations designing the knowledge management components in accordance with strategy are different and the main strategy of organization improves the synergy of organizational knowledge. Success of a cultural and EDUCATIVE organization relies on applying an appropriate PATTERN of knowledge management in ruling that organization. A variety of factors may affect designing the strategic PATTERN of knowledge management that noticing to them may be a key issue in designing successful PATTERN of knowledge management. The aim of this research is to identify the fundamental components of knowledge management in Tehran province’ s prison organization that may have an effect on designing an appropriate strategic PATTERN of knowledge management in cultural and EDUCATIVE affairs. For identifying and extracting the aimed components the qualitative method is chosen based on the explorative nature and complexity of different dimensions of research. For gathering information from the society of this research that include cultural bosses, employees and prisoners of cultural affairs the deep interview is used. The experts are chosen by using purposeful sampling method and theory. Data analysis shows that after 19 interviews the categories reached to a theoretical saturation. Findings show that 20 components including explanation and dissemination of organizational culture, knowledge oriented strategy an policies, PATTERNing, role of leadership, importance of human resource, appropriate infrastructure of technology and information, evaluation processes of role, organizational structure, experts’ network, assigning rewards and incentives, educational programs, cooperation and teamwork, difficulty in accessing knowledge, knowledge management architecture, reengineering, clarity, trust, systematic relationship with stakeholders, knowledge strategies, importance of recording saving and documentation of knowledge are identified. Conclusion: Designing strategic PATTERN of knowledge management in cultural and EDUCATIVE affairs of Tehran’ s province prison organization may be successful in case the identified components find establishment and to be used in that organization concerned.

Abstract: 

One important step in culture recognition in a society is recognizing education, PATTERNs and its methods. The EDUCATIVE PATTERNs have a great role in making active effective people or otherwise passive and inefficient people. One great trouble for human beings has always been transferring heritage and human knowledge from a generation to the next one which is the main reason for cumulativeness of material and moral accomplishments. Education and socialization is vital in today’s world and recognizing the PATTERNs and EDUCATIVE methods helps in a more substantive planning. Iran’s society is experiencing a new era of social terms and EDUCATIVE PATTERNs are changing fundamentally. In this article we used the economic-social data of families from Iran’s statistical center which were gathered with the help of France scientific research center and executed a second data analysis on them to investigate the EDUCATIVE methods in different provinces. The results show that there is a significant difference between different ethnicities, education and social groups regarding education and socialization.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Academic faculty members need to emphasize ethical principles in order to improve higher education, with the understanding of this importance, the current research was conducted with the aim of designing the ethical model of academic faculty members in Iran's higher education. Material & Methods: This research is a type of qualitative study that uses foundational data theory. The participants, including experts and faculty members of the country's public universities, who were responsible for the promotion of academic members, were selected as key informants through a targeted sampling method of 45 people. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The reliability and validity of the data were obtained from the two methods of reviewing the participants and recoding by experts. Data were analyzed by open, central and selective coding. Results: The results showed that the moral model of faculty members in Iran's higher education is explained in 10 main categories and 27 subcategories. Major and core categories in the form of 6 dimensions of causal conditions including (individual factors, organizational factors), core (cultural-educational, educational ethics, research ethics, scientific-executive), background conditions (higher education policies, moral activism), intervening conditions (environmental factors), strategies (micro level-university, macro level-higher education) and consequences (individual and organizational) were elevated to a higher abstract level and finally the research paradigm model was presented. Conclusion: The regulations for the promotion of academic staff members in Iran require a detailed revision of the content with an ethical and qualitative approach in order to make the indicators of the promotion regulations efficient and effective.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, "Child adoption" has become common due to the fact than many men or women are infertile. Thus, couples accept to bring up a kid who is not their biological child. Child adoption creates a kind of pure legal and not a natural relationship between the child and the parents. It is a decision that is made in response to the innate desire to have children or due to social requirements. Despite its positive effects, child adoption might bring about problems and challenges if it is not carried out properly and within the framework of Sharia. These problems include Hurmah (a term in Islamic jurisprudence which means there must be non-intimacy between a man and a woman who are not related biologically or by marriage) due to lack of biological relationships or relationships by marriage between adopting parents and adopted children, parents' not being responsible to pay alimony and lack of inheritance relationship between parents and their adopted children. Therefore, it seems necessary to conduct jurisprudential and legal studies on the topic. In this study, which adopts a descriptive analytical method, problems and challenges facing child adoption are explained by scrutinizing the rules and regulations in the Islamic jurisprudence and law that are related to the topic. Then, some solutions to prevent the problems of non-intimacy, non-inheritance and non-necessity of paying alimony are introduced or suggested.

Abstract: 

Kalim Kashani is one of the powerful poets, illustrators and theme creators of the Indian style, who has used various natural and unnatural phenomena to create themes. Kalim's poetry is full of didactic teachings, commanding themes and meanings, and lofty human and moral concepts, which the poet has addressed to the audience wherever he the opportunity. The purpose of writing this article, which was done in a descriptive-analytical manner has and using library sources, is to investigate the foundations and didactic and moral contexts of Kalim's sonnets. In the moral themes of his poems, two things attract attention: 1-The ephemerality of the world and its instability, 2-The destruction and destruction of attachment to material things. A kind of pseudo-terrorist view that has a long history in the literature and history of our thought. Another thing is that in his poetry, the influence of nature and the poet's life environment can be seen, The same feature that distinguishes Indian style poetry from previous styles. It is as if such an environment, unlike the court atmosphere of the previous poets, required the poet's humble and ethical view. Another point is the presence of mystical terms in Kalim's poetry, he refers to the theme of Pir-e-Jam, Sheikh, eternal grace, asceticism and piety, trust, poverty, astonishment, knowledge and ignorance, and in connection with the elements of nature, street and market and the atmosphere of the house creates its pure moral and educational themes with its poetic creativity. Abstract: 

Appropriate and systematic dealing with each phenomenon is a key to approach target and goal. One of these phenomena is behaving with enemies. If it is done in accordance with ethical principles and Islamic education, it would be one of the successful factors and real power in the battle field; however, its ignorance would be resulted in irreparable harms. Islam is the religion of education. From this perspective, achieving victory by any means is not approved and following ethics is the only way for real victory and God consent. Nevertheless, the question is how the enemies should be treated to achieve the legitimate demands? Or in other words, what principles should be followed in dealing with enemies to bring real victory and God consent? The answers to these questions based on Imam Ali’s (as) practical lifestyle are the objectives of the present paper. Accordingly, an attempt was made to examine the ethics and EDUCATIVE principles of encountering enemies based on the Alavi’s lifestyle through problem-oriented style and library research method.

Abstract: 

Paying attention to EDUCATIVE role holy Quran in human life and Its considerable influence on the guidance indicates that in addition to effectiveness of its content, it’s applied method has special importance and should be observed. This article attempts to extract functions of question in the process of education, in addition to clarify its special position, by reflection on Quranic questions and by analysis of technical-formal language. Results demonstrate that interrogative literature in holy Quran is a strategy including of numerous functions with the goal of addressee’s education: making connection with subject, creating cognitive tension, revision of viewpoints intuitions in the field of inward change, elimination of neglect and reminding of innate and rational axioms, expansion of views regarding to facts, emotional excitation, presentation of proofs for claims, notification regarding to communicational position, declaration of intellectual contradictions of addressees, detection of faults and help to changing function, opening fields of thinking. These are several EDUCATIVE functions of question in holy Quran that totally present special strategy for teaching and education.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of generative learning teaching based to PATTERN cognitive Load on the memorization math of 7th grade students of in the academic year of 2021- 2022. The research method is quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test with four groups: two control group and two experimental groups. The statistical population of the study consisted of all 7th grade male and female students of District 2 of Mashhad city that 112 person sample was selected by single stage cluster sampling method. The subjects in the experimental group involved in generative learning based to cognitive Load in 16 sessions and the control group did not receive any interventions. The research instrument consisted of a 20-questions researcher-made test. To analyze the obtained data, Multivariate analysis of covariance and SPSS version 24 software were used. The results showed that generative learning teaching based to approach cognitive Load have a positive and significant effect on 7th grade students' memorization math. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that one of the effective training on math memorization students is the use of generative learning on the based load cognitive PATTERN.
